just noticed an error on my losing round, on NMCA digital. I noticed the round I lost, the dial in was 10.50...BUT my index is posted E/lsx 11.0. I lost in 3rd round this morning, and wondered why I never caught the guy. I was .014 on the tree and he was .10x on the tree, but i never caught him, he was WAY ahead, dumped it at 1000ft anyways (hoping for ahim to breakout) and lost (11.22 on a 11.0) he went a 12.02 on 12.0.
If the index was messed up for me that sucks, but I should have caught it I guess.
not being a sore loser, I still had fun :D

I was told that never happens
was dialed in at a 9.0 last year on my 12.0 index. Nice to see they are still accurate with their stuff.
at least you had fun. Consolation is if you noticed at the track and tried to talk to someone nothing would have been done so remember the fun you had.

They show your dial on the board or somehting before you pull up at most places. its always the drivers responsability to check his dial in before staging.

Yea that was me you raced, I hate it when your dail gets messed up I've had it happen to me a few times, now thats the first thing i check after the burnout. I hate they had the wrong time for you would have been a close race.

I like your truck man, it runs and looks good! I figured since the rest of the weekend they had it right, I just neglected to look. I was more worried about trying to get staged and up on the transbrake before the tree activated.
I bet you were wondering where I was since I never caught up!

thanx you have a nice car too and it looks mean as hell coming up on you well over a 100mph lol. yea I didnt think you where going to catch me but I knew there was always a chance your car just pulled harder on the top end thats why I waited to the 1/4 mph cone before lifting.

Sorry about the mix up. For the future, just like in bracket racing, you really want to look at the number. If you ever find it is wrong do not stage and get it changed.

NMCA digital was showing the wrong dial-ins all weekend...the track was using the correct dial-in though

My dial was wrong when I ran the blue s10 as well. They had me as a 13.0 instead of 10.50, but I caught it and pointed it out. rdrage728 must have some pull with someone in the tower(j/k).

hes sneaky haha. i've had this happen at some bracket races before, and I usually catch it, but hey, like I said, I had a good time
winning or losing, I still got to transbrake launch my car at 5 grand and bang gears down the 1/4 at the premier lsx drag race! and I didnt lose first round!

I'm not sure how that happened, as I checked with EVERY ONE of the 71 competitors that showed up for round one to verify their indexes, and any changes were radioed directly to the tower. I understand mix-ups happen, but keep in mind we're human too! ;)
On my stats it says E/LSX and an 11.00 index, not 10.50. What does the timeslip say?
