Pretty good. A simple set of 5.3s will gain you quite a bit I would think.

Nice numbers - that's almost exactly what I put down in my T/A with basically the same mods but a 233/239 TSP cam and 90/90 setup. It pulled damn good from 4K on up.

Nice! I have the MS3 as well and put down 412rwhp, 383rwtq on a Dyno Dynamics as well but Im still on the stock LS6 intake manifold.
