edit: okay ive found a few things saying more towards high 12s but id still like some info or slips from everyone.

In the September 1999 issue of GMHTP they got a 6-speed 1999 FRC to run 12.66 @ 111.63 mph. The average of their runs was 12.75 @ 111.2 mph (the mph does not include a run where they missed 4th gear and only trapped 97 mph but ran 12.74).
In the September 2003 issue of GMHTP they got a 6-speed 2003 anniversary edition to run 12.76 @ 111.96 mph.
Also, I know you didn't mention the Z06, but in the October 2004 issue of GMHTP they ran 11.97 @ 118.8 mph with a 2004 Z06.
There are probably faster times out there, these are just the best I know of.
Average times for a regular C5 based on my experiences at the track would put them in the 13.2-13.5 range at 105-107 mph. The autos seem to be in the slower end of the group.
Also, watch what the guy's from the vette sites tell you, because they have been known to call a car with drag radials and a cold air induction "stock".

I know my stock auto Formula beat every stock auto C5 vette I raced, that really blew my mind. I also raced a few stock 6 speeds and id say got beat my about a car or 2. Not sure exactly, it was well over a year ago.
Edit, my car ran 13.2s @ 107. Autos FTW, lol.

Higher 12's for a well driven 6spd...auto cars usually run somewhere in the lower 13's

I'd say you should be able to get a high 12 with weight alone
