Ordered a clutch set from them Monday Oct 12th...Called first to make sure they had in stock...The guy I spoke to on the phone said they sure did and it would ship out that day...Cool, I went online and ordered my stuff, then dropped my car off at straightline Expecting the clutch too be in that wensday or thursday....Clutch never came in so I give them a call last thursday Oct 15th...They say they actually did not have the disk in stock and they should have it by the next upcoming monday Oct 19th...So ok why the hell did they tell me it was in stock and would ship out that day??? So I wait till Monday..let straightline know whats up and give SD a call...He said it was not in yet..wtf....Call back Oct 20th tuesday- disk in now there, So I tell him I really needed last week can you guys 2nd day it for me...The guy on the phone says no problem it will be there thursday, so I say cool..Ill take the day off work so Im home when the parts are here and can run them over to the shop so they can get my car done....I call early this afternoon to get a tracking number to see what time fed-ex was expecting to drop the parts, Now it says parts will not arrive until Oct 24th????? So either they do not listen very well when I told them I really needed these parts, or they blantanly did not ship them second day....so Now I have been without a car for 2 weeks, missed out on a days pay from work, and have been completely alienated by SD...
