Generation IV Internal Engine - LQ4 to LS3 Questions

I have an 04 LQ4 that I'm going to put L92 heads & an LS3 intake on. Are there any major issues in the swap?

Questions:
-Do I need to change valley covers?
-Can I use the LS3 fuel setup (rails, injectors)?
-LS2 Timing Chain?
