I'm after an F-body to go autocrossing with. The car I'm looking for MUST meet the following criteria:
98-02
LS1
M6
Coupe
Engine internally stock (including no cam or head work)
Stock rear gears/axle
NO RUST!
Must have cats
No glass hood
Essentially the car must be relatively stock. I live in Chattanooga TN so the closer, the better, though I will fly to pick up the right car. Camaro preferred but a Firebird is OK. Mileage unimportant so long as the car is mechanically sound. Color is unimportant, but red, blue, white or silver would be my preference. Paint quality isn't too important. Stereo, condition of the front seats, worn suspension are all unimportant. I'm willing to spend up to $7k, maybe a bit more. Anyone have a car like that? Email is magnumpi at dock.net.
