can i use my ls1 balancer on my ls2 stroker 402 and is it the same bolt ?

Yes and Yes. Use a new GM bolt because they stretch after being torqued, or go with ARP

Definitely. Just make sure you use a new bolt and follow the correct installation procedures. Mine walked off the crank while on the dyno:eek2:. I would suggest using the ARP bolt, why take a chance. Would have saved me $300.

Yep your factory balancer will work perfect and like the others said you will need a new GM bolt or an ARP bolt. We would be happy to give you a deal the GM or the ARP balancer bolt if you need one!! I could ship it out tomorrow and have it to you by Friday!!
