Paint & Body Work - help tree sap!

im pretty sure i got some drops of tree sap on my hood. its only noticeable in certain shades of light but is very sticky when i touch it and sort of smears when i do. whats the best way to remove this stuff? thx for any help guys!

Turtle wax bug and tar removal spray. Spray, let sit for 30 seconds then repeat. should be good. Theres also something else to use but I forgot what it was. i used the turtle wax spray and it worked good. John

If you have a dollar tree or something along those lines around you there should be some stuff called Goo-gone it is very useful for all kinds of things i have used it to take sap off my vehicles just use a rag and rub it where the sap is.

If nothing chemical will remove it . Try a good clay bar and use soapy water in a spray bottle as a clay solution .

paint thinner!
JFWY.. Goo Gone FTW, I would wash it afterwards just to get the goo gone off.. has like an oily substance afterwards
