Ok car has been chassis dyno d and makes 430 RWHP how fast do you think it'll go at 3K lbs?

That's a really vague description of your setup. There's no way anyone can possibly
guess what you're going to run without more details...such as...tires, trans, rear end,
gear, suspension setup, etc.
Anyway, I'll take a shot in the dark...
Assuming that the DA is around 1000' and that you'll cut a 1.6x 60' or
so, I would say 11.30-11.40 @ 121-123mph. That's also assuming that the car is 3,000lbs
with you in it.

Car has 3.73 gear foot brake 275/60 drag radial and weights 3K with driver. It has a tight 3500 stall foot brakes 1800 stock turbo trans. Car is fully suspended and dead hooks.

It sounds like the car is setup really well. In that case, I would expect some low 11's...probably
bottom 11's with a looser converter. Plenty of cars have run 10's with that kind of power and the r
ight setup. You definitely could knock off a high 10 once you get it dialed in.

My 2950lb car with 429whp went 11.1@126mph on DR's, FWIW.
At 415whp it went 11.6@123mph on street tires.

Yeah it's a nitrous set up only 60's 1.65 on 275 radials on motor. Sh!ts weak I know but it sure is fun to drive around.
