Curious if it was one of you tools in an orange SS with 30 day tags that spun there tires in front of my G8 at a light? (nov 24th expiration which means you got your pretty camaro yesterday)

Caught the next light with you near i-71 junction of a 4 lane highway and proceeded to teabag your car and your ego from a dig. That's gotta suck thinking your king **** on the first day with 425 ponies under the hood only to get your ass handed to you by a 4 door Pontiac G8 GT. Next time dont be a classless douche spinning your tires in front of somebody.

Dude you need to calm down. Spinning his tires in front of you? And you made a thread about this? Every car i pull up to that i know has balls i try to mess with on the street, i would call it being a spirited driver. Pontiac KID- for the loss. Sounds like a little camaro envy

I don't really know what went on, but I know that I would be a little irritated if someone burned out in front of me. The last thing I'd want is a rock or something thrown onto my paint or windshield because someone was trying to show off.

It just seems unnecessary.

He probably didn't even know the G8 was behind him ... and since it was a day old car, the wheel spinning was probably just the wheels breaking loose due to lack of time in the car.

13.84 quarter mile, if my LS 4th gens were that slow I would sell them & buy a SRT4 or Cobalt SS, new cars are slow & so is your G8 but you dont know it.

You're pissed at somebody for a little bit of tire spin in front of you at a light? :huh:

If this was a massive smokey burnout through multiple gears, then I understand your point. But if it was a bit of tire squeal from a spirited launch, then I don't get what you're upset about. Everybody I know with any kind of performance car (myself included) occasionally burns a bit of tire on the street for whatever reason. It's a hell of a lot better than some of these douches in imports that try to get my attention by flying around me and weaving through traffic at double the speed limit just to look hard. A bit of tire spin off the light is a much better way to have some fun, IMO.

love the guy a few posts in telling me to pick up my kids from school. kind of the point of getting a 4door genius.....instead of driving a god damned camry? thank have a nice day. 13.7 bone stock with a paper air filter was perfectly fine for me (4k lb sedan). Not sure what i run now, 91 octane tune, intake, catback.

If nothing got spit at my car, then I wouldn't give two shits. Might race him if we caught a clear section of road further down, and thought it was a worthwhile run.

Basically, that would be the end of it for me. I would never think to get on the internet acting hard and call somebody out after the fact for something that wasn't even an issue really. That's a punk move IMO.

Sucks to hear that some idiot roaasted his tires off right in front of you. If I was driving a POS car, I wouldn't care in the least. However if I was in my vette or another nice car, then yea I would be pissed off too. So I understand you being pissed. Although you could've calmed down and then posted.

There is a time and place to burn your tires off on the street, but not when people are behind you. People like this are the reason's why we can't drive anything nice. No respect if you ask me.
