Well I finally got it on the dyno with the new tensioner/bracket. I want to thank Aster for a bad ass setup. Zero belt slip with it.
Car made:
754rwhp & 707rwtq
Made 15psi and with pure pump gas, no meth
6 speed car
I was really suprised with the torque numbers. The car has zero traction now lol. Opening the cut out netted me 75rwhp. I think my 1 3/4 headers are holding me back on some power. I think with a vic jr setup and bigger headers the car would pick up alot more power. Didnt get a chance to take the intake hat off. That could be holding me back too. Im happy with the results and I wanna get some track time now.
Specs:
Weber 370 (9:1 comp.)
TEA stg 2 LS6 heads
EPP blower cam
LS6 intake
Stock TB
EPP FMIC

What do yall think?

Why such a dip at 4200 RPM? Is the tune clean and smooth through that area in ALL the tables?...is something causing you to get some spark retard right there?
I think the numbers look very impressive nonetheless...but that looks like a solid 20+ ft*lb dip in that RPM range that isn't present on 1 pull and might take a bit more attention to the details in the tune and maybe the engine setup (maybe valvetrain setup) to smooth out.

what is your exhaust ? 75 rwhp cut-out open is interresting

I would say its the maf maxing out and then dumping fuel and going rich!

Very nice !! I see you got a Weber built motor. Heard and read a lot of good things about them. If memory serves I think they had a huge THREAD on here that detailed the step by step process they take when building a motor. Very impressive, lots of attention paid to every detail, even the smallest.
IMO your motor does have a lot more in it with better flowing exhaust, but considering the traction issues do you need anymore power ? Besides you are only a flip of the switch away from adding 75 rwhp.
Keep us updated.

Time to go speed density and ditch the MAF ;)
Note...I have NOTHING against MAF sensors, I like tuning with them too...but when they are outflowed...I don't really see any point in spending money on different ones when a well done speed density tune will do it with a simple MAP sensor change and a quick HPTuners or EFILive re-flash...and if that IS the MAF maxing out (at 500 horsepower/~650 ft*lbs) and his peak numbers are going as high as they're going (750/700)...it's going to take a MUCH larger MAF sensor to measure that air...making speed density more attractive.

That is kind of a good point, but everyone always wants more power.

What diameter crank / headunit pulley's ?

Crank is 7.65 and 3.4 on the head unit.

I made similar power with the same setup basically. With a better head/header you would probably get close to 780-800RWHP with the cut-outs open. Congrats on the numbers man, it'll feel slow here in about a week!

'Trust', what kind of MPG numbers do you put down (if it's a street car...don't know if it is or not)? I'm just curious how those ATI blowers are when you're not boosting.

hey mike454ss congrats! Ditch the MAF as i have a SD tune and have no problems at all.
On a side note, my 383 with a d1 at 10 pounds is pushing 678 with a fuel problem as i still have stock rails and lines but when i am out on the highway not boosting i am getting 24 to 26 MPG with my 6 Speed, it might mean a little more seeing as trust's car is a stalled auto, but again congrats on the numbers man!
Do you have any problems with your heads pushing water yet? I have paitriot stage III LS6 heads and want to boost more but i dont want to push water, i am considering the AFR 225's since they have a thicker deck and some arp studs.

If your are pushing water @ 700 rwhp your tune sucks.

Im not pushing water man if you read the whole post i am asking what head he is running because i am wanting to max out my d1 and i no that my head will not handle that without pushing water. Hence that is why i am looking at the AFR head with a thicker deck. My question to him was if he was haveing any problems pushing water as i have similar LS6 heads. Also as i stated in the very first line i have a SD tune and have no problems at all with my tune! So before you comment read the whole post bud.

Yall chill out!! lol..
UPHIGH: I am not having any problems pushing water. I sure hope I dont. I have ARP studs also. Are you running studs?
Thanks for all the compliments and information guys.

ya im running studs but i am wanting to max out the little d1 and then when it goes i will move up to the F1R but from what i have read with my heads since i dont have that thick of a deck i will not be able to max out my d1 with these heads unless the tune is real conservative. good to know that i could push around 15psi without water hopefully!!

That's about the same setup I am wanting to do. It's either a 370 or just forge out my 346. What did that 370 run you if you don't mine me asking? Also what drivetrain do you have? Built t56, clutch, rear end, etc.? Congrats on the numbers!

Built T56 from TDP, Spec 4+ clutch, and Moser 12 bolt.

I honestly don't really know man, it does about 20MPG on the highway, probably 12 in the city.
