Fueling & Injection - How do i set up a sump fuel tank

I need some help, im going to build my own fuel cell and i need to know, how how do i set up the correct sump for a extrenal fuel pump? and how to make the baffle to stop the gas from sloshing. Also witch is better, the intank dual walbero's or externals? please help nasty

We offer a race fuel tank that is completely ready and setup properly for external sump fuel system. Dual pumps are a better street setup to 1000rwhp race tank and external is better track setup for big HP.

I WANT TO BUILD MY OWN FUELCELL i know You sell your tanks thats why i asked for your help! if i had money just to spend i would buy one from u. I can build my own for about 100$ so can u explane to me, or show me somewhere to learn how to set up my own sump tank and how to make the gas not slosh around. Thanks for your time

You would need to weld in a baffled sump to your tank without it leaking. clean, acid the inside and seal it so it will not rust from welding.

And what would thei baffle look like? i will use 1/4" thick aluminem and a tig to weld it up

Fuel Cell's aren't particular to LS1/F-Body cars so look on google and other forums for some ideas.
If you can Tig Aluminum, you must have some sort of fabrication qualifications that would enable you to build what you're asking.

they're using an internal pump. If you want to use an external pump you would need to sump it.

Can any one else help, there is not enough info there to help with what i need thank's. I want to know how to make a bafffle in the tank to stop the gas from splashing around. I have googled it and nothing comes up.
