My friend has a 04 C5 Vette with breathless performance intake and SLP LM1 exhaust auto no stall what should he aspect to see to the wheels as far as power and what should he see in the quarter does 12.7/12.8 sound about right? also he wants to get headers with cats which would be the best choice? the car see very little to no rain.
