Corvette Performance - C5 Climate controls

My lcd read out on my 2003 Zo6s climate controls is starting to dim to were you can barley read it. Is there a way to fix it?

i was going to post about this yesterday! i just picked up my Z yesterday and its the same thing, i wonder what it is??? for me i can only see it at night , during the day i can't see it at all.

There was a guy on corvette forum that redoes all of the LED's for like $75. I forget his name but do a search on the C5 section.

so we'd have to pull the climate unit and send it to him? sucks not being able to see what temp i'm at or what i'm setting it to

Yeah, if I remember correctly his turn around time was pretty quick, like 2-3 days.

had the same problem in my car. My buddy has the same year but his is a C5 vert. He took mine apart and resoldered the "241" labled circuit parts and it has been like new ever since!!!

just did mine today and it works!!!! yay!!!

I repair them also, reasonably priced. PM me if interested
