What is it Worth? - 1999 TA stalled A4 H/C Salvage title

Just tryin to see what its worth might sell it here soon for something new.

its a fairly clean all around no dents or big paint chips. id say the exterior is a 7 of 10

the interior is nice. the only rip in any of the leather seats is the usual driver side outside area. the tear is about 4 inches long. has the usual dash cracks. but other than that the interior is all there and in nice condition everything is working ac heat power stearing, aftermarket blue tooth radio, and nice loud speakers, both power windows roll up nicely and all.

147k miles on the clock

mods are:

slp lid
ls6 intake
prc 2.5 5.3 heads
tsp 228R cam
comp 918 springs
under drive pulley
ported ls6 oil pump
pace setter LT's
ORY 3"
magnaflow catback
yank ss3600 converter

the car made 302 when i got it with just minor bolt ons with no tune

put the cam in and got street tuned she went 7.9 in the 1/8 (the mph was turned off at the track but it was estimated at 90mph

got a dyno tune and she made 380whp and 375tq

i then installed the heads and hoping for just north of 400whp now, i have yet to throw it on the dyno.

let me know what you guys think i know because its a salvage title i won't get nearly as much as a clean title would but honest opinions are greatly appreciated. here are some pictures

the cam and supporting mods were installed about 5k miles ago, the heads are freshly installed less than 100miles

sorry not many pictures but appearance wise its very stock, except for the ram air hood.

**** also i have a dyno tune nitrous kit with spare tire mount getting ready to be installed, along with brand new BMR lowering springs****

4-5k hi mileage isnt a good thing with these cars :(

I think you'd have to post way more info to get any better an idea.
My first thought is a ~150k auto tranny behind a stock ls1 won't hold up.
Putting it behind a modded one with that many miles on it and I can't believe it's still intact.

My second thought is internet pics can make any car look better till you get there in person. I can see in the pics the drivers headlight has a gap different then the passenger. Makes me wonder about what I'd see with in person since we know it's been rebuilt.

Third thought is does this thing burn are leak oil/tranny fluid by now.

Fourth thought is this a car that was for sale on here before because it kind of looks familiar.(ok that one's not really relevant)

Anyway I think these guys have given the best advice they can with the info presented unless you want to post higher res pics or go in to more detail.

The question is now what do YOU think the car is worth.

I will trade you a very clean fox body with a very nice paint job... Also have a build block that was planning to put in it.. Have just under 4k invested in it, brand new..
