only one seat...the other one was modified for the intercooler mounting which destroyed the cover.

Includes black vinyl cover but it has some tears on the side from getting in/out of the car
I still have the original seat bracket that tyson made...just needs a few tabs welded on to mount to the factory seat mount holes. I will include this bracket.
