This is the track from my 99 camaro. New seat came with one, this is the only good piece from the old seat. This should be all you need to add a power seat to a camaro.

will it fit a 95 firebird seat?

I'm pretty sure it will. I believe all the seat mounting was the same from 93-02. I'm not sure if the harness will be there or be the same, but its just 2 wires, +12 and gnd.

If you want some measurements, let me know.
