Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Am I a complete n00b?

Was washing the T/A a couple of hours ago and did my usual walk-around and light check. Got to the back of the car and had the hazards on and I know I'm crazy about Pontiacs but I swear the tail lights of my T/A cast a Pontiac emblem on the ground! I have never noticed it before and have never heard anyone talk about that "feature" before. Is it a coincidence or clever Pontiac engineering?

So OP, is that just your running lights? And what year is your car?

Bone stock 99 WS6 Turn your hazards on and walk to the back of the car and there will be a flashing pontiac logo on the ground. Tip of the arrowhead is just behind the bumper (that pic was taken standing at the quarter panel.)

The only clever engineering going on here is the part between the intake and the oil pan inclusive (thanks, Corvette).

I'm still going to check the hazard lights, though. Looks neato.

no no pics digital camera took shits a week or so ago and aint got a new one.... but i willsoon

mine made something similar on the ground. the hazards may bring it closer together.

My T/A on the other side of the world does it also. That is pretty cool. Even my co-worker was trippin' out.

I just checked mine out wit the hazards and it does it as well. Freaking sweet!

it may not have been dark enough with the back lights of the storage unit i'm in, LT1 tail light covers, also seamed the taillights were reflecting light off the rear bumper? i'll try it again when i get a chance in darker area
