General Maintenance & Repairs - power steering noise?

so my ta acts weird, it makes that whiney noise that sounds like the power steering fluid is low, but its not, however.... it only makes that noise after running for20 min or so, so after the engine heats up the sound arises, it makes it when i turn the steering wheel even at a dead stop, the o2 sensors need to be changed i know that much, recently swapped the radiator, water pump, thermostat, and timing belt....
ta is an 02 ws6 with 105k miles, only mod is a LM1

any ideas? thanks in advance!

It sounds like noise my pump was making. It becomes louder over time - I upgraded to a turn one and no more noise, and better sterring feel.
