Well on Sat at 2/3am some jackass decides it's a good idea to side swipe the Camaro. Went yesterday morning and got a quote of $450 to get it fixed.

Thanks. Definitely could have been much worse then this, which I'm thankful for.

Yep, not even a piece of paper on the windshield. Most likely a kid or drunk driver.

Sounds bad, especially as you called it a ''swipe'' and it's caused $450 in damage. Hope it's fixed soon if it isn't already. :)

Holy BUTT!!! That is cheap for that damage.

Sucks that you got hit, but on the bright side, it just looks like metal damage. Getting it fixed is cheap because I don't think anything will have to be replaced.

I have a very similar dent in my 95 from hitting a guard wall. Before I get to repainting it I am going to drop it off to have the dent removed and filled.

guys there is no need to replace a 1/4 for that, lol cmon, common sense ok
i like to fix dents from the inside of the panle, and get it close so i can metal shape it back and metal file it, shape metal file shape metal file, a thin coat of finishing glaze, finish that off with 240, prime it, prep and paint

about a good 2 day repair right there, no biggie, you in chicago??i`ll fix it for ya
