Fueling & Injection - ?? about return line

Im looking at installing a howell fuel pressure regulator on my 2002 Camaro. They say its a "Bypass type fuel pressure regulator for engines with no return line to tank". Do the '02s come with return lines to the tank? If unsure how can I find out?

The stock fuel system has A IN TANK return. Meaning the return is inside the tank. Not in the engine bay. Unless this return is bypassed or deleted adding another return will not make much of A difference.
