I have a MS4 cam, 239/242 .649/.609 111 LSA, around 4000 miles on it. A set of PRC dual valve springs and Titanium retainer and 7.400 chrome moly pushrods, 2000 miles on them. All you need is a set of valve seals. $450 shipped

On a C5Z on a mustang dyno it put down 438rwhp and 386rwtq. Great cam and spring setup for a great price.
