I ran 11.45 with a 1.601 60 @ 120.17 with my current set up. If you don't know what it is look below. Time was ran on bone stock suspension with the exception of a set of QA1s in the rear full weight minus the spare tire and back seat.

2002 Camaro A4, Stock 4L60E, SMi 4k stall, B&M Coolers, Hooker stainless steel longtubes, Stage 2 Patriot 243 casting 64CC heads, un-ported F.A.S.T. 90/90, Dynomax bullet catback, Torquer 3, Full bolt on's, Stock 10 bolt w/ 3.23s, stock 4L60E, tuned by Keith at Forcefedperformance.com.. 443 rwhp w/ 418 rwtq

Over the next few months going to throw in my Rossler TH400, built 9" with 4.30s, T-REX cam, ported FAST 92 setup, and some billet specialty slicks and skinnies on a 28" MT ET drags, Car now has all the following suspension mods, BMR Adjustable TA, BMR Sub frames, BMR adjustable Panhard, BMR Adjustable LCA's, BMR Anti Drag bar, QA1's both rear and front single adjustable,

I would go with the Strange SA's over QA1's. QA1's are junk! From what I understand they are one of the very few that only change the rebound and not the compression unlike QA1's. If you have the extra cash I would look into buying a set of the Afco SA's which Madman just put on sale.

i'll defiantly look into those. I could always send back the QA'1s or sell them. Would like to see what it'll run though. I want to get into the 10s on motor BAD! lol

My bad, it was too late in the night and my dumbass thought you were going to be purchasing them in the next few months.

From the sounds of it you should be definitely getting close to that 10.99. What are your 1/8 mile et and mph? Honestly, the easiest and cheapest way to get you as fast as possible is to remove as much weight as humanly possible while maintaining just enough to keep yourself happy with the car in the end. ;)
