Looks like I hit something pretty hard on the road and now I got this big ass dent on the pass side header. I was thinking the only way to fix it would be to weld a small bar or something to it, heat it up red hot and then pull it out. The header is aluminized steel with a ceramic coating. Anyone here can do this knows a good shop who can? Thnx guys.

Time for new headers. Jk. Hopefully someone can give you the answer. Or it won't be Jk.

maybe they can heat it up, and compress sand or something inside of it to pop it out

Speaking from atv/dirtbike knowledge when the pipes get dented, i know places super heat the area then they have a special tool that shoots out high pressured air and they blow out the dent. Try calling a shop that does that and see if they can help.
