There is no WS7 model (at least 4th gen). A WS7 is just a Trans Am with the ram air hood. Its an idea for not passing as a WS6 "poser". It was first introduced by a company named Suncoast Creations, they sold the hood and the badge. They still sell the hood but not the badge.

meh i dont consider a TA w/ a ram air hood a ws6 poser personally, its their car, if they want a ram air hood on it i say great! if they want a ws6 badge i say let them, we will always have the door code though :D

WS7's are made up.. Mostly Base Trans Ams that people have added the WS6 hood to, but don't want to call it a WS6 because it technically isn't one.

???

"...The WS6 option, available on the S/E's and Trans Ams, included 4-wheel disc brakes, P215/65R15 Goodyear Eagle GT radials with 15-inch (380 mm) cast aluminum wheels, stiffer springs, thicker front and rear sway bars, a high ratio 12.7:1 steering box, and limited slip rear differential. There was also the WS7 option, which was the same as the WS6, except for the lack of the 4-wheel disc brakes. In 1983, the Third Generation Trans Am was selected as the Daytona 500 Pace Car, and Pontiac offered a total of 2500 Daytona Pace Car replicas through their dealerships...."
