Florida Classifieds - Feeler WTB: 5.3 /4l60e

So i broke something in my ls1 the other day. Long story short i know its not going to be running for quite some time. So now I'm on the fence if i should be scraping the whole project, or try to find another cheap motor to throw in for a while. So i wanted to put out this feeler to see how quick /how cheap i could find another setup.

So what i was looking for is a cheap 5.3 and 4l60e setup. preferably under 100k miles.

i have a 5.3, with arp head bolts,rebuilt 853 heads 3 angle valve job, 9 to 1 comp..duel valve springs .650 lift,, ls6 cam.. i used in a turbo set up.. still in my car can hear run..
and i have a 4l80e.. i kno not what ur looking for....

i dont know much about the 80s. do fbody computers talk to them or is an external controller required? is it dimensionally different to a 60? is the mounting location different?

also would you be willing to split the motor from the transmission? if so, how much?
