hey guys im uploading some clips of my nephews football game in HD from my camcorder. i have it saved on the comp it looks fine. on the camera as well. but when i upload it on to youtube it becomes hella laggy. n e help on how to fix it?

might just be your internet connection. try it at a different computer...

Edit: nevermind i just watched em. i see what you mean, mmm, it might be the camera that you used. budget camera maybe?

2 different comps. friends say the same. both of us on cable 30+meg download.

all other HD vids play fine that others upload, mine just dont want to work lol. did it work for u?

try deleting them and reuploading them on a different computer. maybe itll make a difference....

did that twice lol.. thats what i innicially thought. since one computer is a lil laggy not compared to when uploaded, obviously video card issue. i'm wondering if i change the format of the video. its currently mts. if i change it to mp4 or mpeg i wonder if that would help. know of a good free conversion software?
