What is it Worth? - Value of my 98 Trans Am

I came across a steal on a 2005 Corvette. I was thinking about selling my 1998 Trans Am and use some of the $$ as a down payment. So, tell me how much you would pay for my car....

1998 Trans Am-
-6 speed, 72k miles
-black/gray
-t-tops
-SLP Lid, WS6 lower airbox, slp maf, ported tb, weiand/lngenfelter intake, ls6 heads, pacesetter lt's, tsp catted y, borla exhaust, 3.73's, ls7 clutch, ram master, tick speedbleeder, hurst billet shifter, ws6 store short stick, poly motor, trans, and tq arm mounts, HID lighting, 20% tints, ws6 hood, 9 month old eagle f1 all season tires, cross drilled/slotted rotors/hawk pads (new)

Exterior is a 7.5-8- car is a DD and is parked on the street everyday
Interior is a 9-9.5- replaced upper dash pad recently. only defects in the interior are a .5 inch rip in the headliner, and normal wear and tear on the drivers seat.
