Drag Racing Tech - Will it hold?

im sorry I hate post like this too, but here it goes.
Going to the track tommorow, last time this year. On my 02 Z i have a 224 cam, Headers,lid, 3600 Edge stall. Also I have a 125 wet shot on it.
I have a good tranny cooler. Im looking to spray out of the hole on drag radials and make a couple of 1/4 mile passes on spray.
Im worried anbout the tranny, and driveshaft mostly. The rear is stock with stock gears. car has 22,000 miles on it. will it break something or will I get lucky?

with a slick or drag radial and spraying out of the hole...i would cross my fingers for the stock rear end...

if it hooks it will prolly break the rear end. or wheel hops for that matter. Mine was solid for 400+ passes on motor and then 150 shot it ripped the ring gear teeth off of it.

cross your fingers. these trannys are pretty good, they can take alot of abuse

No worrys on the Drive shaft? Ive seen a few break at the track(aluminum stock LS1 shafts) running 11.8ish and cutting 1.6ish 60's.

The tranny should be "ok", but I don't know about that stock 10 bolt if it hooks.

It cut some 1.62 60s with headers and stall, IDK, i may roll out a little before I hit the shit,
BTW Im running a window switch to cut off before it shifts.

Just got done pulling the convertor out and istalled the stocker.
Made 1 pass NA on street tires, Next pass came out and acted like it was spinning, But It wasnt doing anything. Hauled it home, done some research and decided to put he stock convertor back in. So it is back driving but Damn its diffrent with no stall

I went to the track this past Friday night, and broke my drive shaft right in half. I have stock bottom end, heads cam 150 shot of nitrous out of the hole on mickey e/ts, but I have a bullet proof moser 9" and a built tranny.So the drive shaft was the "weak link".
