He had a new PB, but 2nd gear was refusing on a hard launch. Sucks, I think he would have had a 9 if he was able to shift the damn thing :(

I missed where Lt Dan had BOTH front tires off the ground but you can see in this pictures that his RF tire is off the ground!

Well the LF is ussually the one that comes up so I am sure the other side is up. I know Zturd has a wheels up shoot too. Maybe when he gets back from picking up the new toy he can get them posted up

Hard to get one awesome teaser run for the day and then have to quit.

Launched at 4,000 and short shifted at 6400 in all gears so I could ease in a granny pass to get a feel for the new motor.

We'll meet up soon. I've got so many trans builds going on right now.....T56 with C6 Z06 main shaft, couple of F-body trannies. Between work and the builds, it's keeping me busy. Can you make it up this way when Fartpipe runs his new toy?

Not entirely sure what I'm gonna do. One thing for sure is I'm putting a new clutch in over the winter. Would like to do a cam, too.

I'd love to just do gears and shoot for 11.3-11.4 bolt-on, but I really would like to have a cam installed for the beginning of the season.

It's safe to say no one will be touching your 11.33 for a lonnnnnng time!!

Just concerned that I won't be able to slip the clutch Mike has with my current power level. Who knows, maybe I wouldn't be able to slip it with 400whp either. I'm stuck in the middle...current clutch is slipping too much, but a new one might bite too hard and I start breaking.

Yes, I think ClemsonDave has one if I recall correctly.

MikeP has a Spec3+ that he doesn't need anymore since he has overpowered it with his 770+ whp. That will be going in my car at some point with a new rear once I have the $$ for that. I'll just have to be careful and relearn how to drive the car with the new clutch before I go chasing down blue verts :D
