okay so newbie question here but if i were to swap my a4 to m6 it would be 4l60e to t56?? or what would be the manual transmission i would use? LS1 btw

There are several guys who have done it. The T56 would be the 6-speed of choice I would think. You will also need a ECU flash to a M6 as well. We can take care of that for you if you decide to do the swap.

That sucks. Don't do it. Stop being a cheap bastard and get you a 4000 Yank converter and go woop some 6 speed ass.

I Just did a swap on my 2002 camaro and it wasnt that hard. Automatic with a stall will haul ass no doubt. But the six speed is way more fun to drive in my opinion. If you are going to race a lot at the track I would keep the auto and get a stall.
