ok so i have a 87 s10 gutted th350 and 411 gears. my question is i am thinking about getting the patriot freedom heads 185 cc runners. the cam i was wanting to run is a comp extreem energy 274 cam. its a light truck so i know i dont need alot of power to get it out of the hole but i do want a brod rpm rang without having to rev it to the moon (nothing past 6300.) will this head make good USABLE power with this cam without having to rev it so high. or is it way too much head for what im wanting. im not set on this cam, but i would like to run these heads if possible

by the way it is a street/strip truck

Thanks.

I have those heads on my 383, and they work fine.

Should be fine for a light vehicle. Go for it.
