LS1 engine shop in Southern Texas ???

LS1 engine shop in Southern Texas ??? A request for assistance from all you gearheads in Texas -
My brother (Mark) moved to the Rio Grande Valley area of Texas (i.e. - Harlingen) and would like to rebuild his LS1 in his 04 GTO.
Has wants to do the following:
New Bearings, New rings (maybe an overbore...), a cam and better heads to flow more and drop his compression ratio, so that when he can afford it, he can put on a supercharger.
Can any of you Texans recommend a shop in his area?
