Stereo & Electronics - re-programming a keyless fob & front speaker replacement?

I'm looking into picking up another fob for the '98 Suburban I just picked up and was wondering just how hard it is to reprogram and or have it done?

I'll also be replacing the front (door) speakers and was wondering if I'll run into any hassles???
