Stereo & Electronics - Wiring harness question (aftermarket radio)

It's my first time installing a head unit. I odered a metra install kit, and a metra wiring harness. I've connected all the wires execpt for 2 that comes from the head unit. They are a 15 amp and a 3amp yellow wire with a fuse that the instructions say to wire up to the battery.

SHould I just leave these alone or what do I do with them ?

all you do is match colors from that harness to the 90+ gm harness..

yellow is constant (always shows 12v)
red is switched (12v when key is on, accessory, and lock)
black is ground
2 white/2 grey for front speakers
2 green/2 purple for rear speakers
1 blue for remote (amp/power ant)
Orange is illumination

is there anyway to wire it up to have subcontrol of the 8's in the back?
