It doesn't look as badass as the original Avalanche.

Nobody buys them without the cladding around here, and I don't blame them, it doesn't look as cool and it's easier to clean.

the cladding ones down here in TX aren't nearly as popular. We refer to those as the "ugly Avalanche" when comparing both. I think this one looks great!

I could go for one of those and a 05 GTO in my Garage!

Bob Lutz = GOD. He defuglified the Avalanche and saved GM some $700-$800 per Avalanche by making that gawdawful crap plastic an option. :hail: to Bob Lutz.

New one looks pretty good too. Now if they could only deAvalancheize the Silverado. Man that facelift was fugly.

the cladding kicks ass if you take it in the woods alot
i'd rather have scratches on flat plastic than on shiney clear coat

That one looks pretty sweet. And I agree, the plastic definitely needed to be an option.

Yes, if you actually use it as a truck and travel on dirt roads, through snow, and what not all the time it's fantastic.

No chips, dents or scratches, and it wipes clean.
