Everytime I think of getting a CD Changer I go to my 2001 TransAm and look for the CD Changer wiring, but I don't wanna pull up too much carpet so when I don't see any wiring I give up and forget about buying a CD Changer for another month. Well now I really really want a CD Changer so I'm here asking, where EXACTLY is it? How much carpet do I have to pull up to find it?

Thanks!

You don't have to pull any carpet. The changer harness is taped to the speaker wires under the plastic panel on the left (driver's) side of the hatch. Just reach up through the opening near the t-top storage to the back of the speaker and you will find the harness.

Thats what it says in just about all the links I posted above.
