Stereo & Electronics - What do I need to switch from power to Manual windows?

The window motor on my passenger side is giving me trouble again and rather than replacing it for the third time, I've decided to sitch over to manual windows. This is something I've wanted to do for a while now since removing the window motor's would also shave off a couple more pounds of overall weight

I'd just like to know if any of you know what parts I'd need for the switch from power to manual. Where I could order them and, hopefully, part #'s. Thanks in advance. :)

regulators and door panels is all i can think of off the top of my head

Try to find someone with manual windows who wants power windows and swap parts with him/her.
