Hello all, I live down here in Pensacola Fl. and all we have are 1/8th mile tracks. My buddy Timeyo talked to Taner and got me hooked up with a t-56 from D&D. The car is ready to run now and I will be heading the the track next weekend for the real street shoot out. I have a 94 conv., fully built carberated 383(old school), t-56, 12-bolt (4.11 w/spool), cage, and all the suspension stuff, w/qa1's all the way. Oh yea and a 150 fogger for now. I plan on bumping it up a little to about 350 once I see how the car acts. Anyways I was woundering how I could guage the times of a 1/8th mile track to a 1/4 track. What is a good time to get to to hit the 9's? Thanks

Billy

i think around a 6.40 should be 9.99 or so...several factors could produce various results though.

Ok cool. I guess the tranny and gearing has a lot to do with it, cause ive seen some guys in here runnin 9's with 6.5's and others have the same 9 sec. pass with a lower 1/8th mile time. I just dont want to run a mid 6 and say i can run 9's but really cant. Thanks
