Stereo & Electronics - factory alarm acting crazy

Hey guys, I just got my Stall convertor installed. But now my car alarm is acting odd. As soon as i lock my car using my key fob, after 3 secs the alarm starts to go off.. any1 had this problem? please help me i did a search but it didnt help

I think the alarm will only go off for two reasons.
1) shock sensors
2) door trigers
