I read a post regarding install the pulley that said heat it up to 200 degrees for 1/2 hour put on some oven mitts and it'll slip right on.

I stop by Tacoma screw and see about a longer crank bolt.

Now that sounds like a good trick....I'll bet it works too. I still want a 1" longer bolt on-hand just in case. You get it & I'll pay for it.....since I want it when we're done.

And I now have the pinout for the PCM connector. So I need to check some voltages & if they are OK, then I'll go back to HP Tuner & ask for help.
