I am one of the people that is looking forward to the Charger but, the lip on that thing sticks out a bit too much IMO.

Did it hit a wall? looks pretty flat up front!
I agree with ActionJack, i want to see a new Charger...any Charger is better than no Charger IMO, cant be any worse than the 80's version

Hey who put a Charger nose on the front end of that Taurus?

All the Cup series cars have a weird looking lip on the front in an effort to make them aerodynamically similar. Does look funky though.

You can't really go by the NASCAR version of any car, they sorta resemble the street version but are not an exact version. That flat nose is pretty odd but it must have done OK in the windtunnel to get to that point.

There are two things I like about it:

1) It's so unique that you'll be able to tell it apart from the other cookie-cutter Monte Carlos and Tauruses. The headlight shapes and grille openings currently look way too much alike from a distance among all three manufacturers. It's a refreshing change...

2) I really dig the font they used on the "Charger" type along the front on the car.

Too bad the nose profile on the production version won't look anything like the Nascar version.....the production version will be way more upright.

You guys are funny... Like that body will be sold @ the dealer ships. Come on people, all Nascar's look like ass.

After looking at the other current Charger thread here, it looks NOTHING like the street version , the Nascar one looks better.
