Non-Automotive Classifieds - NTB: Utility Trailer

I am in the position where I need to buy a 12'-18' utility trailer..angle iron or pipe top is okay, must have a GOOD FLOOR, TANDEM AXLES, and be in VERY GOOD CONDITION. All wheels must match as well as the tires, I just don't want to spend $1k+ to buy another one...I'm mounting a pressure washer with a very large water tank on one, so I need one that can handle weight...brakes would be a plus, but not mandatory.
