Stereo & Electronics - Ran the LOC and still Nothing HELP!!!!

I put the loc on but still nothing. There is power to the amp but nothing coming out. I hooked up the wires like the directions said but i have nothing coming through the speakers at all. I also would like to know what the REM means on the amp too. Could somebody please help me. :cry:

Remote. You need a 12v signal at that point to turn on the amp. Hook the blue/white wire on the output connector to this terminal. Here's a link.
