Looking around the net and found this!! The new viper coupe. To me it looks like the old viper but with the new front end....Same power plant as the convertible!!!500/500...Cant wait for the 06 Z06 the smoke the crap out of it

Cool looking car nonetheless though.

Regardless of forum, thats a badass car. I'm not ashamed to say I'd love to have one in my so far non-existant stable :)

The Z06 will be faster, but honestly, you turn more heads in the Viper then a Z06. Go ahead and say otherwise, but I think you know its true. I'm not talking modded vs modded, you can make a Civic look decent then. Stock for stock.

Then again, I guess thats exotic arguement, so Z06 all the way

No lie, they are sweet. I love my WS6, but a Viper will turn more heads.

hmm... the viper may turn more heads cuase it cost more, but when u blow by him in front of the 50 ppl who were gawking at the viper, suddenly, i think the attention will change somewhat

also, maybe its more popular then the c5, but who has seen a 2006 z06 around? i think by the photos ive seen it will turn a lot of heads!

I'd choose the Z06 'vette and have $30,000 left over to have one big party after whoopin' that Viper's ass. Some people just simply don't care much for Vipers. They're too damned heavy, for one thing ... 3380 ... weighs damn near as much as my TA. Of course, the Viper's suspension sure is a desirable thing ... the 'vette can't even come close to comparing !!!!

I'd still take the 'vette! ... just personal preference.

if any of you ever get a viper, make sure you get the right exhaust for it... theres a dumb as kid round here that drives a viper that sounds like a row of 4 civis revving there motors

That's what all vipers sound like. From what I hear it's because of the v10 and it's weird exhaust pulses. That's the one thing that i dislike about the viper. But they look soooo good (the 96-02 gts, not the srt/10)

The peculiar exhaust note stems from the fucked-up firing order Doge has to use.

I don't know about that... looking at the C5 Z06 and the Viper on paper, you'd think that the Viper would just run from the Z06 on a road course, but that's not the case...

What Z06? Because I think the new ones are almost as mucch as a Viper . I think I saw somewhere recently $75,000 +.
