anybody have an extra set of tall, BBC valve covers, i need clearance for my 1.8:1 ratio rockers and dont have the time to build a set. i need the style that the sides of the covers are on the outside edge of the gasket flange, not the inside like stock. pm me please...

Mike~in regards to your question,#1 GM makes a alumnium tall valve cover,very nice,no holes.But even with this valve cover with your rocker ratio you would need to clearance the cover and the rocker arms.We suggest to simplfy the whole thing,at which is alot higher is going to a sheet metal valve cover,like from moroso.The GM covers are high in dollars,but to take a almost $300 set of covers and start cutting on them and really not having that guarantee that it will for sure work can be heart breaking!Hope this helps you some! :bang:
