I have an 88 IROC, with an 86 older 350, and a MAF TPI setup.

The car ran great prior to me swapping the cam. I went to a Crane compu cam 216/228 114 LSA, I changed the springs so they could handle the lift. I'm pretty sure I got the valves adjusted right and I know I have the timing dialed in, the car idles great runs smooth to 3500 but will not rev past 3500 rpms. I tried a new TPS and a different MAF sensor, I have plenty of fuel pressure. I am out of ideas, hopefully someone can help.

Thanks in Advance
Will

double check your timing and valve adjustments...................if ok get a scan tool and check the data..........may find problem in there

Well the cam says that it is designed to work with all stock components computer, exhaust, stall, gears etc. So I don't see how that would help, and I would think it would still rev to full RPM just not make as much power or run as good as it could.

recheck your cam timing,

I was thinking my cam might be a tooth retarded, I am gonna redo the rocker arms and if that doesn't do it, off with the timing cover.

thanks everyone.
