I've got a 650DP holley. I've read that the Proform main bodies flow anywhere from 750-830cfm. My question is, If I was to change out the main body to the Proform main body, does that turn the 650DP into a 750/830DP?
If not, then what makes the 650DP a 650cfm carburetor if not for the main body?

if you buy the 750 proform main body it will make your 650 dp into a 750 dp. now if you had a 750 and bought a 750 proform main body it would still be a 750, but it had better flow characteristics. It does not hvae a choke tower and its venturies are all blended and smooth. It flows about 800-830 cfm.
For comparison I had a holley 750dp and then bought a proform 750 mainbody and picked up 3 tenths!!! the only thing I had to do was jet up a little..

Will the 750 main body bolt up to the 650DP. I'm assuming si since the 650/750DP main body are the same part #. So this would transform my 650 into a 750, but flow a little over 800cfm?

Watchout for the Proforms. Their quality control is pretty bad! We have never had good luck with them. I know they are cheap and that makes them attractive. Just giving you a little heads up. Good luck with your project.
