Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - LS1 6.0L or SuperRam??

I have a 383 TBI in my truck right now. I am wanting to build either a 383 with AFR Heads and a SuperRam induction system or a 6.0L with a Hot Cam and Stage II Patriot heads. Just asking it if anybody has the set ups....I want around 500 N/A flywheel hp. I know the LS1 with a Hot Cam, Stage II Patriot heads and LS6 intake put 510 fwhp. Since I do have a truck, I would like to have a lot of torque as well. Thanks for any post.

heads and cam on an LS1 will get ya 500 at the fly.. a 6L could get a lil more because of the cubes.

Yea, I know the 6.0 will produce the power I want from a naturally aspirated engine so I will just have to save and see if any good deals come up on a 6.0.
