Stereo & Electronics - OEM CD player ejects all CD's?

Every original (not copied) CD I put in my CD player causes the display to say 'err' and then it ejects. Even CD's I've never had in the car before.

Does the lens need to be cleaned? Other suggestions?

I had the same problem with my OEM CD player. I had to replace the HU with an aftermarket one.
